Appointment and submission
We book the embassy or visa centre appointment, pay the fees and submit the file. Some countries require you to attend in person.
Tracking and delivery
We follow the file until a decision is issued and hand your passport back to you at our office.
Important, please read before applying
A visa is granted entirely at the discretion of the embassy or high commission concerned. No travel agency can guarantee approval, influence a decision, or promise a processing time. Any agent who claims otherwise should not be trusted.
Our fee covers our professional service: assessment, preparation, submission and follow-up. It is separate from embassy fees and visa centre charges, and it is not refundable if an application is refused, because the work has already been done. Embassy fees are non-refundable in almost all cases.
We will not submit forged, altered or misleading documents under any circumstances. Doing so is a criminal offence and can result in a long-term ban on entering that country.

Common visa questions
How long does visa processing take?
It varies from a few working days to several weeks depending on the country, the season and the individual file. We give you the current expected range at the time you apply, but embassies do not commit to deadlines and neither can we.
What happens if my visa is refused?
We explain the stated reason where one is given, and advise whether reapplying or appealing makes sense. Embassy fees and our service charge are not refundable, as both are consumed by the submission itself.
Do I need to go to the embassy myself?
Some countries require biometrics or an interview in person, others accept submission through an agent or visa centre. We tell you which applies to your destination before you start.
Can you guarantee a visa?
No agency can. A visa is granted entirely at the discretion of the embassy or high commission concerned. Anyone who guarantees approval should not be trusted.
Will you keep my passport?
Only for as long as the submission requires. Every passport is logged in and out against a receipt and returned to you in person at our office.
