Deposit, cheque, online transfer, BEFTN or RTGS are all accepted. Send us the deposit slip or transaction reference so we can match it to your booking.

Cards are accepted at our office counter and online through a payment link we send you. A bank charge may apply, and we will tell you the amount before processing.

Cash is accepted at the counter against a printed money receipt signed and stamped by us. Please do not hand cash to anyone outside the office.
How payment works with us
- Every quotation shows our service charge, government or embassy fees, and the ticket or package price separately.
- Air tickets are payable in full before the ticket is issued, because the fare is only confirmed at the moment of ticketing.
- Tour packages usually require an advance to confirm hotels and flights, with the balance due before departure. The exact split is stated on your quotation.
- Visa service charges and embassy fees are payable at the time of submission.
- A money receipt is issued for every payment. Please keep it, it is your proof of payment.
- VAT and any applicable government charges are shown on the invoice as required by law.
- Foreign currency endorsement, where needed, is done through an authorised dealer bank as per Bangladesh Bank rules.
Protect yourself from fraud
We never ask for payment into a personal bank account or a personal bKash, Nagad or Rocket number. If anyone asks you to do this in our name, stop and call our office on +8809649-130 130 to verify before paying.
Always collect a money receipt with our company seal. Confirm bank and merchant details by calling our office directly, never rely on account numbers sent from an unknown number or forwarded on social media.
