An IATA accredited travel agency, registered with the Government of Bangladesh and serving travellers from our own office since 1982.
Our story
We opened our doors in the 1982s, when air tickets were still written by hand and a visa file meant a morning queue at the embassy gate. What has not changed is the way we work: one consultant takes responsibility for your file and stays with it until you have travelled and returned.
Over the years we have grown from a single ticketing desk into a full travel office handling visa applications, holiday packages and medical travel for families, students, businesses and patients across Bangladesh.
We are an accredited agent of the International Air Transport Association, which allows us to issue tickets directly on all major airlines, and we hold the trade and tourism registrations required to operate in Bangladesh.

Honest advice first
If a visa is unlikely to be approved or a route is poor value, we say so before you spend money on it.
Everything in writing
Quotations, receipts and itineraries are issued on company letterhead so you always have a record.
Your documents are yours
Passports are logged in and out, stored securely and returned to you in person or by a courier you approve.
No personal accounts
Payment is accepted only into the company own bank or mobile financial accounts, against a receipt.
Reachable after hours
Travelling passengers can call the emergency mobile number printed on their itinerary at any time.
We stay current
Embassy rules change often. We verify requirements on the day of application, not from an old checklist.

UNION TRAVELS LTD. is a travel agency. We prepare, submit and follow up applications and bookings on your behalf. We do not issue visas and we have no influence over any embassy, high commission, airline or hospital decision. We are not immigration lawyers and we do not provide legal or medical advice.
We never guarantee a visa outcome, and we do not accept work that depends on false documents or misrepresented information.
