We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising purposes.
5. How we protect it
Physical documents and passports are kept in secure storage at our office and logged in and out. Digital records are kept on access controlled systems, and only staff working on your file can see them. We ask you not to send passport scans or medical reports through the website enquiry form. Email them to us directly or bring them to the office.
6. How long we keep it
We keep booking, invoice and tax records for the period required by Bangladeshi law. Visa supporting documents are returned to you or securely destroyed once the application is decided, unless you ask us to retain them for a future application.
7. Your choices
- You can ask what information we hold about you and request a copy.
- You can ask us to correct anything inaccurate.
- You can ask us to delete information we are not legally required to keep.
- You can ask us to stop sending you promotional messages at any time.
