As an IATA accredited agent we issue tickets directly on all major airlines flying to and from Bangladesh: domestic, regional and long haul.

Special fare types offered by some airlines for students and overseas workers, subject to proof and availability.
Reissue and refund
Date changes, rerouting, cancellations and refund follow up with the airline on your behalf.
What we need from you
- Full name exactly as printed on the passport
- Passport number, date of birth, nationality and expiry date
- Departure and destination cities
- Preferred travel dates and return dates
- Number of adults, children and infants
- Class of travel and any airline preference
- A mobile number and email for the ticket and airline alerts
Names must match the passport
Airlines will refuse boarding if the name on the ticket does not match the passport exactly, and most fares do not allow a name change after issue. Please send a clear photo or scan of the passport data page rather than typing the name from memory.
Things worth knowing before you buy

| Baggage allowance | Set by the airline and the fare type, not by us. Always confirmed on your ticket before you pay. |
| Date change | Permitted only if the fare rule allows it. A change fee plus any fare difference applies. |
| Cancellation and refund | Depends on the fare rule. Some promotional fares are completely non-refundable. Refunds are processed by the airline and can take several weeks. |
| Seat and meal requests | Requested at booking but never guaranteed by the airline. |
| Transit visa | Some routings require a transit visa. Check with us before choosing a connection. |
| Fare validity | Fares and taxes are only confirmed once the ticket is issued. A quoted price can change if seats sell out before payment. |
Check your ticket the day you receive it
Verify the spelling of every passenger name, the dates, the route and the baggage allowance as soon as we send your ticket. Corrections are simple within the first hours and expensive or impossible later.
