Travelling abroad for treatment is stressful enough. We take the travel side off your hands: medical visa files, tickets, accommodation near the hospital and transfers for the patient and attendants.

Choose your hospital and your doctor with your own physician guidance. We arrange the travel around the decision you have already made.
We do not accept commission driven referrals to any particular hospital, and no outcome of treatment can be promised by anyone arranging your journey.
Travel support for patients and attendants
Medical visa file
Preparation and submission of the medical visa application for the patient and accompanying attendants, using the hospital appointment or invitation letter.
Appointment coordination
We forward your reports to the hospital international patient desk and pass their reply back to you, so the appointment is fixed before you fly.
Air tickets
Flights timed around the appointment, with wheelchair, stretcher or medical clearance requests made to the airline where needed.
Accommodation
Hotels, service apartments or guest houses close to the hospital, in the budget range you choose, for stays of any length.
Airport and hospital transfers
Pick up on arrival and transport between accommodation and hospital for each appointment.
Interpreter and local help
Bangla speaking assistance on the ground where it is available, plus SIM, currency exchange and local guidance.

How we work through a medical trip
Share the plan
Tell us the hospital or city you have chosen, the number of attendants and your preferred dates. Send the appointment or invitation letter if you already have it.
Visa and tickets
We prepare the medical visa file for everyone travelling, then book flights once the visa timeline is clear.
Stay and transfers
We confirm accommodation near the hospital and arrange arrival pick up, with the option to extend if treatment runs longer.
What to keep ready
Medical visa categories generally require more supporting paperwork than a tourist visa, and an attendant visa is tied to the patient application.
- Passports of the patient and every attendant, valid at least six months
- Local doctor referral or prescription describing the condition
- Recent test reports and any earlier treatment records
- Appointment or invitation letter from the hospital abroad
- Proof of relationship between patient and attendants
- Bank statement and solvency certificate covering the expected cost
- National ID and photographs to the embassy specification
